Thanks for Making Ghana Base Music what it is today! It is a New Year with Ghana Base Music and we are excited to share with you some of the things happening behind the scenes with the Ghana Base Music team.

About eight months ago we launched your favourite music and entertainment website, bringing you thought provoking stories and tit bits from the music industry.

Probably, the party was warming up as we shared the spoils with you again with our heavily updated event photo galleries of major events happening around the country.

We hope you have not forgotten how we covered the Ghana Music Awards Festival 2007; From the Nominees Party, Industry Awards Night, Public Awards and to the Beach Party.

We also came your way with Mentor III and Stars of the Future II.

Guess you remember where you first saw Daasebre Gyamena’s photos after his return to Ghana from that long judicial battle in the UK, and the most talked-about football match between Ghanaian Musicians and pro-Ghanaian football stars.

Ghana Base has grown from a single user portal to a multi-tier portal and currently we have pages for most of the Ghanaian Musicians in Ghana and still updating them by the day.

Feedback Emails
It came to our notice recently that some of the feedback emails our readers send do not reach us. We sincerely apologize for that. It was a fault with our provider and we are excited that it has been fixed and as such users would not have a hard time sending us emails again. We shall respond to emails as soon as we receive them.

Photo Captions
We received dozens of emails from our readers complaining about captions of most of our photos. We truly appreciate your concerns and we are doing so well to backup on that. On the lighter side can you imagine asking for names of people in the photos at an event?? Your guess is as good as ours! It might be pretty tough sometimes but our ultimate goal is to serve you with the best captioned photos.

We are currently updating all the various artist/e profiles and music pages; however if you are an artiste or even a manager of any artiste you have an updated biography of any artiste, please feel free to send it to send so we can easily update those pages for you. Also all Ghana Music stakeholders who want to grant us audience to interviews are free to drop us an email.
