AS PART of activities marking Ghana’s 50th Independence celebration, Alordia Promotions, in collaboration with Westcoastuk.com and Abrantie.com will oraganise one of the biggest musical concerts ever staged in London on March 3 at the Coronet Music Venue, New Kent Road.
The biggest musical concert to be witnessed in London, and only one of the myriad of activities lined up towards the Golden Jubilee, it is to bring together all the important Ghanaian music stars, past and present, and a large audience of music lovers.
Over 3000 music lovers are therefore expected to attend the show which would feature seasoned Ghanaian hipline music stars as Castro, Nausea, Sidney, Edmund Adequate Clotty aqua Lila Q, new artiste on the block and a host of others.
The Classic Dance Band would also be there to provide music fans with live band musical performance.
The show dubbed “Ghana @ 50 Independence Celebration” would, according to the organizers, as well entertain its audience with poetry and live band music.
A cultural troupe is slated to perform traditional songs at the opening ceremony to welcome everybody, and also set the stage for a lively evening of good music.
The show would be handled by one of the best sound engineers in Ghana and Africa, Jeff Quay aqua Jay Q, assisted by Robert Quay aqua Ro-Q.
Emcees for the show would include Joy FM’s Bola Ray, Caducei and Clark Pentad.
It would be filmed by Channel O, O.B.E TV, Passion TV, Ben TV and AUMG TV.
