IF YOUR wife, husband or fiancée who happens to be a musician, presenter or journalist returned home very late last Friday with the excuse of attending a board meeting or closing late, you really need to grill him or her well as he or she might be lying.
This is because last Friday a number of personalities from the aforementioned fraternities converged at the residence of Abeiku Santana, an Adom Fm presenter and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Communications Limited to party till the following day.
The party was organized by Strategic Communications Limited as part of activities to mark its two years of organizing entertainment and social events.
The company has for the past two years carved a niche for itself. It organized the Borbor Afahye Festival Food Bazaar and Street Carnival, the romantic cruise on the Dodi Princess as well as other social events. Currently it is the brain behind Fusion on TV3, which is now showing on Fridays.
The party was also to thank all who by one way or the other contributed to the success of the company.
Among those who graced the occasion were hiplife musician Castro and a few others who had not turned up at the event as at the time Beatwaves was leaving.
Castro in his performance mimed his latest song “back and front” to the delight of patrons, most of whom included Adom Fm crew.
Daddy Bosco, programmes manager of Adom Fm was the center of attraction as he displayed some marvelous dance skills.
Akumah Mama Zimbi and Papa Bill also did their part of the dance. Other patrons such as Top radio morning show host Kwabena Samuel, Daily Guide’s George Clifford Owusu and staff of Fylla magazine and Statesman did not only enjoy the sizzling music at the function but also did justice to the khebabs, drinks and meals served.
