Strangers as they are called first hit Ghana at the Accra International conference centre where they rocked the stage during the Miss African Queen Pageant.

In an exclusive interview with Showghana, they disclosed they were billed to perform in Ghana at the just ended African queen pageant and some other major events to come up later this year.

The Nigeria-based artistes comprise two boys and a girl namely Gas B, Richie and Efa respectively. They came together to form the group ‘strangers’, because they believe they are strange in everything they do including their way of life.

Gas B, the 21-year-old disclosed, “I attended Zanna Primary school Ekpoma Edo state in Nigeria. I later attended Saint Charles College Abavo in Delta State for my Secondary Education. Currently I am reading computer engineering in my third year at the University of Benin Edo state in Nigeria”.

Richie the 22 year-old said “for my primary school, I was at Wisdom Educational Centre, Benin City and then for my Secondary Education at Immaculate Conception College. Presently I’m in my third year at the University of Benin reading computer science”.

Efa, who is 20 started from the Fountain Nursery and Primary School, Surelere Lagos and later attended Presentation National High School, Ugbekun Benin City, Edo state in Nigeria for her Secondary Education. She is reading Economics and Statistics in her third year at the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo state Nigeria.

With their four-year experience in the music industry with one album dubbed “it’s all strange”, the group is doing very well on the market in Nigeria. They hope that come two years they would be higher than the skies because “we believe African has a lot to offer the outside world”.

At their leisure, Gas B loves to read and listen to music Richie loves to be alone and the only girl Efa Loves entertainment and sports.

The ‘Strangers’ advice to the youth is to believe in themselves in everything they do, keep focus and see the ups in life as blessing and the downs as challenges to overcome.
