TOP GHANAIAN reggae musician, Shasha Marley, last Friday tickled music enthusiasts including leading actors, actresses and musicians, at Old Bobs Place, in Accra, during the launch of his latest album, “Lost and Found”.
Present to help him launch the album was the president of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Alhaji Sidiku Buari.
The launch was witnessed by most of the top radio presenters in the Ghana like Abeiku Santana, DJ Abio, Black Santino and Black Rasta. Others were Skelly Dred, Ras Muburak and Daddy Bosco.
The 13-track album has hit tracks like “Boom Boom Waa Waa”, “Maata Family”, “So Nyame Mu”, “Evil Spirit Walk Away” And “Twin City Mafia” just to mention but a few.
The album was produced with the help of first class reggae musicians like some members of the Wailers band; the ex-band of the late Bob Marley, Burning Speer and Culture’s band.
The music was recorded in Washington DC at the “LION and FOX” studios and engineered by one of the world’s top engineers Jim Fox.
The first ten copies were bought by Mr. Andrew Kronyana. The event was emceed by the ever eloquent Fritz Baffour.
