For the first time in the history of Ghana, the former lead male vocalist of the multiple Grammy award winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Alvin Slaughter will be performing live at the National Theatre on Saturday 19th May, 2007.
The concert dubbed "Building His Kingdom" will also feature seasoned and dynamic local artistes such as Danny Nettey, Nii Okine of “Moko be” fame, Tagoe Sisters and Rev. Yawson.
According to the organizer of the show, the concert is aimed at unifying Ghanaians from all walks of life.
"This is one show that will bring Ghanaians from all walks of life, be it Muslims, Christians or traditionalists together to worship our maker and to build his kingdom." he said.
The concert which forms part of Ghana’s Golden Jubilee Anniversary is also designed to create a platform for all who want to make benevolent contributions to The Father Campbell Leper's Aid Committee.
Rev. Father Campbell, head of the Lepers' Aid Committee, said he hopes all Ghanaians will come to the National Theater on the 19th of May, because he has a special message for all.

Building his kingdom is organized by World "O" Dreams Co.
