When Agnes Opoku Agyemang emerged onto the Ghanaian music scene in 2002 with yi m’adesua (shed my load), little did Ghanaians know that God was going to take off her supposed load and raise her to the feat she enjoys today.
Having appreciated what God had done she decided not to turn back, but go as high as she could. Due this decision, she came out in 2003 with the award-winning album, mensan m’kyi (I would not turn back), with enjoyed massive airplay and sales and was the best female vocalist of the year in the 2004 edition of the Ghana music awards. |
